Cashier was very polite and customer service oriented! We had an issue which she had to get manager, Erik, who solved our issue promptly! My wife and I shop here regularly because of their outstanding sales and customer service!!!

Two excellent clerks.especially the one young lady who handled a difficult return and then walked us to the area for replacement pajamas. She was wonderful.wish I knew her name!!

Prices marked up. I think Kohl’s is not run right use your 30% off you could use 50% in it don’t matter you’re paying way too much then everybody else is at another store. They either have to come up with the better idea or close the store.

Kohls cashiers are the Most unwilling and useless people and (2) older Sephora employees have the worst customer service. Only thing that saved me from never shopping at this Kohls/Sephora was a young lady named “Rebecca” who worked in Sephora she went above and beyond to assist me.

Horrible! No more coupons, extra discounts on " NAME BRANDS", and the Sephora takes up the majority of the Space. Really a huge shopping disappointment after Covid.

Amazon Return Center....great idea. Located inside at Customer service. Quick, easy and painless. One minor issue... Was waiting behind 1 customer at counter and 1 customer in Amazon Return line. 5 minutes later another customer walks up to the in-store pick-up line. Didn't appreciate the fact that Kohl's Customer Service Rep called that person up before me....and it was obvious to the clerk she had just walked up. Oh well, I will still return eligible Amazon items here, when convenient. You get Kohl's cash for the return !! Overall, still not satisfied with employee service.
